Newspaper
Lorem Ipsum
This is simply gibberish text of the printing and typesetting industry,it has been since the 1500's..Its not just simple random text,it has roots from latin literature from 45 BC.When looking at its layout on a page, the reader will simply be distracted from the readable content. It looks readable because it has a normal distribution of letters.."Neque porro quisquam est qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet, consectetur, adipisci velit..."
"There is no one who loves pain itself, who seeks after it and wants to have it, simply because it is pain..."

As i was looking through my mums old stuff including all her art work,i came across this newspaper she had saved from years ago when she was in it..I thought it would be great to relate to this project..its a proper old fashioned newspaper from 1981 and i was really intrigued..

Promoting the creative industries
At first i looked at the article we recieved, which had all the information i needed to know about the change in creative industries, including IT,Gaming,Art,Music,Film, and Fashion..These are some of the lines i picked out:
"Key strengths of business in the creative sector are nurtured."
"cutting edge training"
"£71 billion a year to the uk economy"
continue to grow this industry"
"a powerhouse with the uk economy"
I needed a big "out there" line for the poster to stand out to people and draw them in !
To start off with i looked at backgrounds and began with the union jack as it is a great starting point, showing off the flag and drawing people in.I looked at loads on google images and as i finally reached a final image,i used layer effects in photoshop and with a dark blue back ground and the image,i faded them together and after messing around with the saturation making it slightly brighter,it comes out like this..

These posters i have done are aimed towards the IT and gaming industry..
My initial idea was to create my own made image of a computer screen on illustrator from scratch which i did do,and then put in the images i got off the internet in the computer screen to make it look like a realistic computer..

Now this one is focused on the music industry..i wanted to make sure i tried different things rather than just sticking with talking the creative industry as one..i got an image of the earth and some headphones off the internet, changed the saturation and levels and curves slightly and it went quite well..but i just hate the fact im using images off the internet..
So i tried starting my own image from scracth from illustrator and it worked out quite well..

Student ID card

I created blur effect so the eye leads straight to the part that is focussed.

The pink mess!this is where i started to use drop shadow effect on the layers creating more of a 3d effect so that its not as flat.
